Map of infrastructure

The conditions for third party access to existing storage and transport facilities in Spain, including CLH facilities, are set out in Article 41.1 of the Hydrocarbons Sector, Act 34/1998, of 7 October 1998.

This Law establishes that the owners of fixed installations for the storage and transport of petroleum products, authorised in accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of the Law, must allow third parties access through a negotiated procedure, under non-discriminatory, transparent and objective technical and economic conditions, applying prices that must be made public.
